Q: What is the procedure of placing and order?

Q: How can I do if I want to print my own logo?
A: You need to offer design files in AI, PSD, PDF or PSP, etc.
Q: What should I do if there is a color difference problem?
A: We will confirm the Pantone color number with you during the proofing process, and we will confirm it with you again before the mass production. We do not accept returns due to color difference problems caused by subjective reasons after receiving the goods.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Since it is a custom product, we need to collect a 50% deposit before production and the full payment before shipment.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Normally, we will finish production about 15 working days, if you have special need or your customized products need more time, we will inform you of the lead time when the order is confirmed.
