Rubber Gate seal, also known as p-type rubber water-stop, gate seal is an important part of the hydro-power project gate, the gate is to ensure airtight seal water, the key components of normal operation.There are different types with or without PTFE cladding for increasing in sliding friction that P Type, L Type, W Type, Ω Type, V Type, U Type, Customized Type etc. While every type also can be divided into several groups. 
Classification of rubber gate seals
Common type seal
Rubber seal is made of natural rubber (synthetic rubber) by mixing device (open-roll or mixer) segmented mastication, mixed with special antioxidant, vulcanization accelerator, vulcanization aid, reinforcing agents, after a plasticizer and a dozen other raw materials obtained semi-finished rubber compound, then placed in a certain cavity mold by vulcanizing press at high temperature and pressure conditions in the system in line with the integrated hydraulic steel gate sealing requirements sealing elements.

A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem.
4.Q:How can I get some samples?
A:1,We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2,Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
