      Question1.
There are many unqualified lighting products in the market, how can you make sure your quality control?
Answer: We have quality control team to monitor and inspect all the process from raw material incoming inspection, first sample inspection, production on line inspection, finished products inspection. We inspect the goods according to different market electrical safety standard, for example if we ship to North American market, we inspect according to UL1598. UL153. and also special requirements of different customers.

    Question 2.
How about your production capacity and how can you make sure goods will be delivered in time?
Answer: supply ability: 2500-5000pcs/month. We'll add extra production lines if you have big volume steady orders per month.

How about your design ability?
Answer: We have own designer but also we cooperating with many free designers in China also abroad. We are working with a designing center, which have hundreds of contracted designers with whom we have priority to select their most recent and best designs. We also develop new designs with them together time by time... 

    Question 4.
Do you offer OEM service?
Answer: We accept OEM and CUSTOMIZED order. We can sign confidential agreement for your design safe.

Can i place one small order to test quality?
Answer: Yes, test order is welcomed. We welcome every opportunity to start business relationship with our potential customers or partners. To meet customer's needs, we are doing best to shrink down MOQ the same time still ensure good price, good quality and good service.
