1) Q : When can I get the quotation for my enquiry?
A: During the working hours (GMT00:00-15:00), we will reply in half hour, other hours we will reply next day.
2) Q:Can I get a sample before produce mass production, it's free?
A : Yes. The normal produce progress is that we will make a pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.
3) Q:How long is the bulk production time?
Sample time about 2-5 days, if for mass production, about 10-15 days. Ultimately depends on the quantity of goods.
4) Q: How long is the turnaround time?
It depends what you're printing. Generally speaking, it takes 1 to 2 weeks for printing after you approve the PDF proofs and about 5 days for air shipping, 20-40 days for sea shipping.
5) Q: How can you make sure your quality? If we don't satisfied your quality, how will you do?
Usually we will produce a sample for you to check before produce mass production, and the production will be same as sample.
