1. Q: Do you have a catalogue? Can you send me the catalogue to check your products?
A: Yes, we have product catalogue book and CD. Pls contact us to get the catalogue as your need.
2. Q: Do you have a price list? I need your price list of all your products.
A: Sorry, we don't have price list of our products. As our company has lots of items, it's impossible to make all the price into a list. And price is always changing because of material cost. If you need unit price of any products, pls feel free to contact us.
3. Q: I can't find this product in your catalogue, can you make this item for me?
A: Our catalogue show most of our products, but not all. If we don't have it, we can develop and make mould to produce it as your request. For your reference, it will take about 3-4 weeks to finish a mould.
4. Q: Can you make customized products? With customized package?
A: Yes, we have lots of customized product as the need of our customers. ( both of wire harness and connectors). Of course we can arrange your LOGO and other details on products' package, but it will cause some additional cost.
5. Q: Can you provide samples? Are they free?
A: Yes, we can provide samples. Usually, we provide 1-5 pcs free samples for testing, with the shipping cost by your side.
6. Q: How to send my order?
A: We will send small package by Express as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS, etc. For big package, we will send them by Air or by Sea as your will.
