Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 1000 coils. But we can accept small quantity for a trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the price correspondingly. You can place large orders if satisfied with our products quality and service.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Sure. We can provide you existing samples to review, if our quotation is acceptable. We usually send samples through FEDEX, DHL or UPS express. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with freight collected. The sample costs will be charged, but it can be refunded if your initial order quantity more than MOQ.
Q: What payment term is supported?
A: T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A are all supported. 30% deposit with order, balance before releasing original B/L. It can be discussed after one year good cooperation.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: 2~5 weeks depend on order quantity and detailed requirements of product.
Q: What about the warranty?
