Product Description
For reducing labors when assembling or disassembling plate heat
exchanger, and improving working efficiency, so, developed BHYJ series
pretensioning machine of plate heat exchanger, refers to "pretensioning
machine".
This series pretensioning machine adopts hydraulic power, small and
flexible, convenient operation, it's one of necessary equipments of plate heat
exchanger manufacturer and user which is for produce and inspect.
Application:
1.Fill 46# wear-resistant hydraulic oil into oil tank to be above the indicated
level.
2. Fix hydraulic cylinder on two pretensioning bolts of the two sides of
plate, the two nuts closed to plate must be closed on the plate very much,
and put spare washer on, the inner hole of washer should be similar with
diameter of the bolt, put washer again, and fix nut. 3. Connect power, start electric motor, push reversing valve to load the
cylinder, when the stroke of cylinder reaches about 50mm, turn off electric
motor, tighten the nut which has space with plate to be closed to the plate.
Adjust:
1. When the pressure gauge hand does not meet design requirements,
adjust over flow valve, clockwise is increasing pressure, anti-clockwise is
reducing pressure, adjust slowly but not hardly.
2. In case only one point can not reach design size, start the relative control
rod only, turn off the three irrelevant shutoff valves and turn on the relative
shutoff valve only to force separately.
