Product Description
Customizable cafe menu covers, three pockets with Glossy Vinyl sheet.
Current size are 8.5"x11"
Our leatherette material are not market quality, is very high quality, more durable and the tearing strength is very good ! And we used the papercard is thicker and high density quality, so our quality are not same like regular quality, although Made in China, but have the Quality of Made in USA.
Market goods is easy to tear it, but ours are good quality can not broken it.
Quality features:
**Reinforced Vinyl Binding.
We use two different quality, the outline binding of the menu are used in TC (Poly/cotton fabric ) in 0.45mm, the inner page used Binding material is 0.35mm Non Woven Backing, The surface embossing design of these two are SAME just in different thickness and diffferent fabric backing. This construciton, not only can assure the durable but also can make the menu covers are not so thicker.
**Turned under edges prevent food and debris from becoming lodged underneath and prevent fraying.
**Crystal clear, Top quality Vinyl Panels Each batch of goods we do the folding test, repeatedly fold one side to the other side, to ensure that it is not easy to crake.
** Wider spines prevent cracking and allow easier folding and storage.
** Metal Corners crimped on with specialized machinery to ensure they DO NOT FALL OFF ! Our color quality and Grip are very good ! Not same like local market.
** Top -Quality construction and Materials
" Manufactured in China, but with pride in the USA quality " , Becasue before, we were a supplier of raw materials for American customers, we supplied Binding and Metal Corners to them at their own factory in the US . Then give their all cafe menu covers production to us so we use same quality material and keep good sewing quality like their did. So we are pride that Although we are Made in China, but we have the quality of Made in American.
