FAQ Q: What is your MOQ? A: Minimum Oder amount is USD500.00 in general, but no MOQ requirement for sample testing. Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM service? A: Yes. The MOQ is 500 pcs per model per order for OEM/ODM orders (including private brands, bar codes, labels, different colors etc.) Q: How can I pay for my order? A: Please send us your order details including your email address, company details including delivery address. Besides T/T, your Mastercard, VISA, Online Bank Payment, Pay Later can be used to pay. Q: What is your terms of payment? A: 100% in advance for order amount less than USD5000. And if order amount is above USD5000, payment term can be 30% by T/T in advance, balance against copy of B/L. If you have any another question, please feel free to contact us. Q: What is the delivery time? A: It depends on the order quantity. It usually takes 15-25 days upon receipt of your 30% deposit by T/T. Sample can be delivered within 7 days. Q: How about the freight cost?
