Water-guided laser cutting head

1: Imaging system for aligning the laser to the nozzle, with adjustable focal length and wavelength of 650nm.

Traditional focused laser cutting method, the laser focal depth of the limitations, can only cut a certain thickness of the material, and the cutting surface is affected by the shape of the focused beam, the cutting surface is not flat on the microscopic, but with a certain angle; The water-guided laser uses the water collimation feature to confine the beam within the water column, making the cutting surface more flat; at the same time, the water can take away part of the heat, reducing the thermal effect of the processing surface, reducing the deformation control temperature drift; the water can also take away the soot generated by the processing, eliminating the possibility of soot interference with the optical path.
