A: We are a factory, established in 2008. We supply numerous Chinese trade companies and also handle direct exports.We warmly welcome you to visit our factory in China.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Typically, it's 7 to 15 days for a 20 ft container. For urgent orders, we can expedite the process to meet your requirements.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Absolutely, we offer samples free of charge. However, the freight cost is not included.
Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
A: Yes, we proudly offer a 14-month guarantee.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: For payments under 5000 USD, full payment in advance is required. For amounts equal to or exceeding 5000 USD, a 30% T/T in advance is needed, with the balance due upon the Bill of Lading.
