Customized API Thread Drill Pipe Crossover Sub/Adapter for dth hummer
Our drill pipe adapters (tool joints/crosssover subs) are made of 35CrMo or 42CrMo material, which is quenched and tempered after rough machining, and surface nitrided after finishing, which effectively eliminates the failure probability of thread adhesion, thread breakage, surface cracking, etc. It is more wear-resistant and easy to disassemble. Our factory all adopts imported CNC lathes, and custom-made forming knives for thread processing can not only ensure the tightness of the threads of the lock joints, but also ensure that the matching precision and interchangeability of the lock joints are consistent.
