This commercial planetary stand mixer makes it easy to make whipped potatoes and a variety of other foods! Featuring a powerful 1 1/2 hp motor, this unit is a great addition to any kitchen that needs the versatility and speed of a commercial mixer, but without the volume of a larger, heavy-duty stand mixer or floor mixer. This mixer is not recommended for use with pizza dough.
3-Speed, Gear-Driven Transmission
Three speeds let you mix anything from whipped cream to dough, and the speeds are labeled to indicate which attachment is best-suited for that setting. The dough hook is best suited for a low RPM of 105, the flat beater for a medium RPM of 180, and the wire whisk for a high RPM of 425. A gear-driven transmission design provides greater reliability over belt-driven mixers.
A wire guard prevents fingers and objects from becoming caught in the mixer while it is in use, maximizing safety.
Attachments Included
This mixer comes with 1 dough hook, 1 flat beater, and a stainless steel guard, so you can start using the mixer the moment it arrives! This unit requires a 120V&220V electrical connection for operation.
