Forged wheel rims
* Our commercial wheels are constructed by forging aviation-grade aluminum (6061) and then heat treated. Easy to clean,corrosion-resistant, not easy to deform under high torque.
* Less weight, greater strength, and increased lifespan compared to steel and casting aluminum wheels made of A356. Suitable for off road vehicles, passenger car, truck steering, guidance drivetrailer position.
* Well balanced, low wobble, 30% increased tire lifespan. The tensile strength is 30% than that of casting wheel rims.

The forged wheel rims are made of Aeronautical/aviation aluminum alloy 6061. The wheel rim moulds are made by a solid aluminum
alloy which pressed by an over 10000 ton force. In this way, the wheel rims are more compact and with high tensile strength.
