1. Can I order a sample of product?
Yes. If the product is customized, we will charge the sample fee appropriately because it needs to be produced. If you order in bulk, we will refund the sample cost; But if the sample is not qualified, it is free.
2.What information do I need to provide if I want to get a quotation?
Please provide us with as much product information as possible, such as material, specifications, weight, quantity or other requirements. This will ensure that we cover all project requirements when quoting.
It depends on the volume of the order and the degree of completion required. Small orders are usually around 2-3 weeks, large orders are usually 4-5 weeks or so. These lead times can vary depending on the time of year and the factory's workload.
4. What is your payment term?
30% T/T in advance ,and the balance before delivery.
