B:Yes,But you need to pay the sample fee at first, the sample fee can be refund once the order confirmed.

A: offer your artwork with size and qty and require(you)----offer quotation(me)----confirm the order and pay the cost(PI)
----make the sample ----confirm the sample----make bulk product-shipping
3.Q:What shipping method I can choose?
A: 1). Courier Express - DHL / UPS /FEDEX / EMS 3-7 working days to your door.
2). By Air: Arrive at destination Airport fast then pick it up by yourself .
3). By Sea: Low shipping cost and slow delivery (7-30 days normally). Suitable for large quantity and non-urgent delivery.
PS:For shipping and air freight we also supply service of DDU.
