6. The feed inlet is made by drawing process, the upper cover is stamped and formed by special mold, and is embedded with silicone rubber "0" sealing ring.
7. Stainless steel butterfly valve with safety device, strong sealing, no water seepage, flexible operation, safe and reliable.
8. It is strong enough and its wall thickness meets the loading requirement without deformation.
3, Product quality and quality assurance measures
1) This hopper is made of SUS304 high-quality stainless steel. Corners of internal and external surfaces are treated with circular corners. There is no sanitary dead corner and no accumulation of residues.
2) The inner surface of the hopper is refined and polished. The inner surface roughness Ra≤0.4 m, the outer surface brushed Ra≤0.8 m. The inner surface of the hopper is firmly welded, and the blunt and rounded corners of the hopper are naturally excessive Ra < 0.4 m.
3) The hopper cover is provided with a silicone seal ring, and the tightness of the clamp can be adjusted to ensure no powder leakage during use.
4) The hopper discharge valve is made of stainless steel, sealed with silicone rubber, and the butterfly valve is equipped with anti-misoperation device to ensure production safety.
