J.Parker hot gas generator is tailor made desgin for direct air heating applications, hot air temerature upto 950°C. system include hot gas duct, line burners, fuel train system, control cabinet.
You can choose recirculation air or not, with different NOx and CO emssions by your application, and power supply 230V AC/50Hz or 115V AC/60Hz

J.Parker AHLE duct burner is well designed for direact air heating applications, very good for clean fuel gas firing, nature gas, propane. AHLE burner performances very high effiency by using oxygen from process air, turndown ratio reach 30:1, it will help increase temprature very quickly, and sustain the process air temeprature very stable, could be in ±1ºC. AHLE line burner delivery very low NOx and CO emission with air temperature under 350ºC, AHLE line burner is short flame design, max flame length is 450mm, with certain heat release, the duct length is very short, which save a lot construction material
