4. How long to have inquiry response?
Answer: Normally, when during China's working hours, we can reply within 2 hours. And, in order to save time, buyers should supply plenty information for the product needed, for example: order quantity, product size, printing colors, materials, trade term wanted and so on.
5. What trade terms you can accept?
