Test Principle
The test utilizes antibodies including a recombinant 'TPK011B antigen and rabbit anti-TPantibody on the nitrocellulose membrane with colloidal gold marked recombinant TPK011Aantigen as a mark tracer, The sample mixing up recombinantTPK011A antigen-marker movealong the membrane to the 'T line, and form the T line with rabbit anti-TP antibody when thesample contains TP, which a positive result. Conversely, it is a negative result.
