1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Do you have your own factory?
We have a hot forging factory and a machinery factory, we also have advanced Heat Treatment Equipment from Aichelin.
2. What material can you do?
We make forging parts with carbon steel ,alloy steel, stainless steel, brass and other material.
3. Can you make forging parts according to our drawing?
Yes, we can make forging parts according to your drawing, 2D or 3D. If the 3D model can be supplied, the development of the tooling can be more efficient. But without 3D, based on 2D drawing we can still make the samples properly approved.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can make measurement based on your samples to make drawings for tooling making.
5. How many days will samples be finished?
A:Generally, the mould and sample will be finished within 10-30Days.
6. What's your quality control device in house?
We can do many tests to control the quality in all directions. Such as dimension inspection,chemical composition analysis (spectrum analysis),mechanical property testing,X-Ray inspection,dye penetrant inspection,magnetic powder inspection,metallographic inspections and so on.
7. If I want to to keep our design in confidence, can we sign DNA?
Sure, to protect customers' profit is our obligatory responsibility, signed NDA would be valid to both of us.
