For Rubber Track Undercarriage we produce the range from 0.5ton to 10tons, we can customize as customers' request. Features:
1.Rubber Tracks: It adopts a single winding non-lap-joint annular steel cord structure, and features high tensile strength, low elongation, good slip resistance and more stable pitch.
2. Travel Motor: We have different hydraulic motors(Orbital Motor+Planetary Reducer, Plunger Motor, Two-Speed Motor,etc) for customers' choice according to the working condition of the whole machine.
3. Sprocket: It is made of alloy steel, and undergoes quenching treatment for better abrasion resistance and longer life.
4. Idler: Special heat treatment process makes it have longer service life, bear heavy load to the greatest extent and prevent fracture.
5.Track Roller: Biconical seal and permanent lubrication design make the track roller have long life and nice performance in any condition.
6. Carrier Roller: Biconical seal and permanent lubrication design make it free of extra oil and maintenance during use.
