Yes, the sample fee will be returned after confirm the bulk order.
2> If the sample not confirm to our standard, how to solve?
If not pass the standard caused by our duty, we will offer the second time sample for free to test.
3> How to warrante the printing colour confirm to the design colour?
Our printing machine is Heidelberger, our QC will follow the printing process to confirm the same good color.
4> If we have an order in urgent time, whether can catch up the delivery?
We have two factories, except printing, all the manufacture process was in our workshop, we can solve much time to catch up the delivery.
5> After review your products, how to get the accruate price, sample or other details according to our requirements?
