1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a metal fabrication factory mainly manufacturing trailer chassis frames and OEM trailer accessories, and also a trading company supplying rubber mats for the Japanese market.
2. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample according to your paper. Generally, for the common type, the sample is free of charge while the FREIGHT COLLECT. For the OEM sample, the sample cost will be refunded after the order confirmation.
3. What is your term of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
4. What is your term of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
5. How long is your delivery time?
Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock, or it is about 15-30 days. The specific delivery time depends on the
items and the quantity of your order.
6. What is your term for packing?
Generally, we pack small goods in cartons, and in steel pallets for big parts. We can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. You can receive goods with the factory inspection report.
