Product Description
Cyclohexylamine
Cyclohexylamine is colorless and transparent liquid, with strong fishy and ammonia odor. Flammable. Soluble in water, can be miscible with ethanol, ethyl ether, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform, heptane, benzene and other common organic solvents. Cyclohexylamine evaporates with water vapor. It can absorb carbon dioxide in the air Chemicalbook and form white crystalline carbonate. It forms an azeotrope with water, with an azeotrope point of 96.4ºC and 55.8% water content. The aqueous solution is alkaline. An aqueous solution with 0.01% concentration has a pH of 10.5. Its vapor forms an explosive mixture with the air.

Application:
Cyclohexylamine can be used as the raw material of surfactant to produce cyclohexylbenzene sulfonate, which is used as emulsifier and blowing agent.
Spices raw materials, the production of cyclohexyl propionate allyl ester;
Dye raw materials, production of acid blue 62, disperse fluorescent yellow, disperse fluorescent yellow H5GL, weak acid blue BRN, disperse blue 6 and dye auxiliaries; Raw materials of food additives sweet ingredients;
Cyclohexylamine can be used to produce cyclohexylamine sulfonate and sodium cyclohexylsulfamate, the latter is a sweetener 30 times sweeter than sucrose, the name cyclamate, approved by the Ministry of Health for pickles, sauces, preparation of wine, pastries, biscuits, bread, frozen drinks, drinks, the maximum use of 0.65g/kg.
Pesticide raw materials, the production of fruit tree insecticide "Kermite", herbicide Wilber and fungicide;
Additives for preparation of petroleum products, boiler feedwater treatment agents and corrosion inhibitors;
