1 D168 is an advanced flux synchronous motor/generator, which has a variety of torque, speed combinations and cooling options, including air cooling, liquid cooling or both.
2 D168 motor is used in automotive, motor sports, off-road, marine, industrial, aerospace and other applications.
3 Traction motor for on/off road ,rail and marine transport, Generator (especially where size and weight are important) Hydraulic replacement.
4 Customized motor winding, even though we offer low/medium/high voltage motor, we can still make some winding modifications for the customer that need higher/lower RPM according to their battery voltage ,
5 Customized motor shaft, hollow shaft with bigger hole diameter, shaft with multi splines .
6 Special bearing for different magnitude and orientation of the force.
7 Doubled phase connectors(UVW) , one motor can be fitted with two controller to gain enough motor current ,in this case the motor also has a redundancy option.
8 Phase connector on opposite side (on left side instead on right side) .

10 The graphs of D168 motor between low RPM and high RPM are similar, the only differences are DC voltage and motor current , At low RMP, the motor parameters can be read from the technical data sheet. At the same power/force and RMP, the low voltage motor needs 4 times higher current and 4 times lower DC voltage than the high voltage motor.
11 The continuous power of liquid cooling or air cooling motor is 20% lower than that of combined cooling motor, and the peak power is the same.Can be customized for
