The pneumatic control valve operates by using compressed air as its power source. It employs a cylinder (pneumatic thin film actuator) as the actuator and utilizes electrical valve positioners, converters, solenoid valves, holding valves, and other accessories to drive the regulating valve. This mechanism controls the medium's throttling area by adjusting the valve stem and seat, enabling switching or proportional adjustments. Analog signals of 4-20 mA are received to automatically regulate the valve's opening and closing, thereby managing the medium's temperature, pressure, and flow.
