PPR Aluminum Composite plastic pipe is a new type of pipe composed of a longitudinally welded aluminum pipe in the middle, an outer layer of polyethylene plastic, and a co-extruded hot melt adhesive between layers. Polyethylene is a non-toxic, odorless plastic with good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and weather resistance.
The longitudinal welding of aluminum alloy in the middle layer gives the pipe the compressive strength of metal, and the impact resistance makes the pipe easy to bend without rebounding. The aluminum-plastic composite pipe has the two characteristics of a metal pipe being strong and pressure-resistant and a plastic pipe being acid-alkali-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It is a model for the new generation of pipes.

The maximum sustained working temperature is up to 70°C, the maximum transient temperature is up to 95°C.

Low thermal conductivity (1/1500 of brass pipe, and 1/250 of steel pipe).
