The threaded tolerance of the installation hole mainly depends on the tapping accuracy of the installation hole for the wire thread insert. Usually, it forms a 6H grade, and when the accuracy is high, it can reach a tolerance zone of 5H or 4H grade. The user of the wire thread insert can select a special tap, tapping method (manual tapping, machine tapping), and lubrication method according to the required tolerance zone to ensure that the accuracy and any usage requirements you require are met.
