DIN 876 00, 0, 1 Grades Precision Granite Plates

1. Our granite plates have highly accurate surface flatness at DIN 876 Grade 00, 0 or 1 and are used as bases for mounting sophisticated mechanical, electronic and optical gauging systems in pecision tool rooms, engineering industries and research laboratories;

2. Our granite plates are made of natural black granite stone quarried from earth in its natural form with a uniform structure, a very small coefficient of linear expansion and none internal stress. Therefore, our granite plates can sustain a very high surface flatness accuracy free of deformation;

3. These granite plates are high and uniform in hardness and are accurate under loading conditions;

4. They are vibration absorbent, easy to clean, rust-proof, non-corrosive, non-abrasive and have a good thermal stability;

5. On request, holes, T-slots/dovetail slots can be furnished on the granite plates. And plates can be offered in the 0-ledge, 2-ledge or 4-ledge shape on request;

6. Fabricated stands with leveling screws are supplied on request;

7. Sizes available ranging from 400x400 mm to 6000x3000mm.
