1.Product Description
Rotary drum flaker, it is a cooling and crystallization process, the fluid in feeding tray contacted with the cooled drum surface and form the material film on the surfuace of rotary drum, then the material film was cooled and crystallized by the heat exchange between the material film and drum wall, the crystallized material was scraped off by the scraper in the status of flakes.
It is applicable to the flake solid transformed from the high-temperature fluid via the cold and heat exchange on the moving surface of the inner cooling roller. It can be universally used in chemical industry and pharmacy.
