Product Description
1. Plate flange model
The flat flange models include PN0.25, PN0.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0, and PN6.3 grades. Among them, PN6.3 and PN10 are used for connecting low-pressure pipelines such as chillers and fans, PN16 and PN25 are used in general engineering, and PN40 and PN64 are mainly used in high-temperature and high-pressure situations.
2. Welding flange model
The models of butt welding flanges include DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, DN250, DN300, DN350, DN400 and other standard sizes. Generally, PN1.6MPa is used for models below DN80, PN1.0MPa is used for DN100 and DN125, PN0.6MPa is used for models DN150, DN200, DN250, DN300, and DN350, and PN0.25MPa is used for models above DN400.
3. Model of threaded flange
There are four levels of threaded flange models: BSW, DIN, ANSI, JIS. The size of threaded flanges is measured in inches, including different models such as 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1.5 inch, 2 inch, 2.5 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch, 5 inch, 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch, etc.
4. Blind plate model
There are two types of blind plate models: one is a standard blind plate, which is the same size as a welded flange, and the other is a slanted blind plate. The standard blind plate sizes include different models such as DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, DN250, DN300, DN350, DN400, etc. And there are more models to choose from for oblique blind plates.
