The composite hose is made of a variety of materials with a multi-layer sealing structure. It still has good resistance to cracking and leakage in the harshest environment. It will not burst suddenly and can easily handle oil, and various chemical liquids. Transmission work, even in cold weather can still maintain a high degree of flexibility.
Lightweight, strong toughness, easy handling, soft tube body, flexible use, high-temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance, anti-aging, no deformation, corrosion resistance, exposed inner spiral metal, and special inner layer, with reliable static dissipation performance.
Structure of the new composite hose: the hose body is composed of a multi-layer functional polymer film and synthetic fiber fabric reinforcement layer and the inner and outer layers of spiral metal wires are tightly wound.
Internal spiral steel wire: usually stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, polypropylene or coated steel wire;
Outer spiral steel wire: basically use stainless steel or galvanized steel;
Inner layer: select functional films such as Polietilene Nylon PET according to the characteristics of the conveyed material, and compound the hose with a wide range of liquid-resistant sealing properties through proprietary technology. Reinforcement layer and anti-aging outer layer: the reinforcement layer provides the hose with pressure-bearing strength. The outer layer of the hose adopts an anti-wear and anti-aging colored outer layer.
