Product Description
Dismantling joints are made of high-density polyethylene and modified carbon as the main materials, and the threaded pipes produced by the withdrawal molding process are characterized by good strength, aging resistance, bendability, jointless, water resistance, etc. Compared with other polyethylene pipes, they have better strength, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and smaller density, generally less than 1.0g/cm3. It can be made into any length, and there is no joint between two working wells, with good waterproof performance.
Dismantling joint is composed of main body, sealing ring, gland, expansion spool and other main parts. It is a new product that uses pipes to connect pumps, valves and other equipment. It connects them into a whole through full bolts and has a certain displacement. In this way, during the installation and maintenance, it can be adjusted according to the on-site installation size, and during the work, the axial thrust can be transmitted back to the entire pipeline. The thermal deformation temperature of the disassembled joint is generally 60~80 ºC, and the heat resistance temperature is low. Under the condition of higher working temperature, the bearing load is low and easy to age. In order to install the valve and place the gasket on the pipe, a space larger than the product length should be left. The installation is also very simple, just use the wrench and torque wrench to tighten the high-strength steel or stainless steel tie rod.
