In running PVC leather production line, the whole workshop will be full of DOP exhaust gas, which not only badly
effect workers' health, but also damage the environment. LZD Type Static Electricity Equipment can effectively
recycles DOP exhaust gas and collect plenty of DOP materials which can be used in circulation.
For the 3-coater and 4-oven PVC leather production line, the Electro-static Purification Filter can recover plasticizer
solvent (DOP) at least 200kg every day. Calculated for 300 days for one year, it can recover DOP of about 60 tons for
a year. If the price of DOP is around $2000/Ton, so it can save about US$120,000 per year.
