Principle of operation:
After the dosing reaction, the sewage enters the mixing area of the air flotation machine, and mixes with the released dissolved air water. The flocs adhere to the fine air bubbles and then enter the air flotation area. The flocs float under the action of air buoyancy. Scum is formed on the water surface, and the clear water in the lower layer flows through the water collector to the clear water tank, and part of it is returned to be used as dissolved air water, and the remaining clear water flows out through the overflow port. After the scum on the water surface of the air flotation tank gathers to a certain thickness, it is scraped into the dirt pool of the air flotation machine by the foam scraper and then discharged.
