DEBO metal color 2022 Compact Laminate HPL
When the trends is METAL, we had it.
DEBO Compact Laminate is constructed with a solid core built up several layers high-quality kraft papers impregnated with phenolic resin, and the decorative color paper impregnate with melamine resin, stacking and compressing them by steel board under high temperature and high pressure, which edges can be cut, bevelled, polished or machined to any required shape, is a remarkable and environmental friendly structure material. The thickness are varied from 1.6mm to 25mm available for your demand.
DEBO® High Pressure Laminate and the Compact Laminate are sheets consisting of layers of papers impregnated with thermosetting resin, dried and bond together in a high pressure process. The kraft papers we used are mostly recycled papers (also called " regenerated papers") which are from waste papers processed into "kraft papers' Meanwhile, we also use wood-based kraft papers in the raw core to achieve balance of the sheets. We source these raw materials from vendors certified according to the standards of PEFC. These standards ensure that the recycle content or wood is produced in compliance with international applicable rules for sustainable forestry.
The laminates are cured and chemical inserted. However, the volatile organic compounds emission from the surface and the core are very low due to our unique bonding production technique. The panels do not contain limited substances that listed in the Candidate of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for authorization published by European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) on and before 2020.
Chips and shavings produced by processing (cutting and milling) are not hazardous to human health. This also means that waste can even be disposed of thermal without the emission of environmental toxins such as hydrochloric acid, organic chlorine compounds or dioxins. Principally, the waste must be disposed according to specific country laws and regulations.

DEBO® team has integrated a group of experts from national and international technical personnel of HPL. Although at the beginning, Compact HPL was a brand-new material to China, we still insisted on developing this new decorative panel and its application as our mission.
For more than 16 years DEBO® has been dedicated to designing and manufacturing high quality Compact HPL and the solution for versatile and demanding environment. In 2020, DEBO® kept the same steps with European manufacturers to launch in Chinese market with the CleanTop® Anti-fingerprint which is a performance panel with a special treatment adopted on the panel surface that gives self cleaning, super matt, and velvet touch. It's entirely closed surface structure with a solid core from the whole laminate has made it exceeding ordinary HPL and Compact Laminate made with general top layer. Ultimately, Its surface performance and decoration effect caters to the high-end aesthetic and high quality life demand.
