Widely used in the wet end of paper making, eg. whiteboard paper, box board paper, corrugated paper, news paper, and various cultural paper production processes. It is suitable for defoaming and foam suppressing of dry and wet desulfurization, water-based coating and other water-based foam.

This product has excellent defoaming and anti-foaming functions, and can be added after foam generation or added into the product as a foam suppressing component.
According to various using systems, the amount of defoamer added can be 10 to 100mg/L. The adding point can be at the white water tank under the machine net, or at the mixing slurry tank, flushing pump inlet, external white water tank, and white water overflow channel. The optimal amount and point of addition are determined by the users through experimentation based on specific circumstances.
MT5030 can be used directly or diluted before use. If it can be thoroughly stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution. If dilution is required, follow the dilution method provided by our technician. Do not directly dilute with water, otherwise easy to cause layering and emulsion breaking, which will affect the product quality.
