Purpose
This unit is for making flexible removable partial dentures.
Description
AX-YDA is update version of AX-YD Manual Denture Injection System, This machine is easy operation. The user only needs to place the cartridge of resin in the heating tube and fix the flask on the platform, the machine will press the resin into the flask when the resin is heated to the preset temperature. Through the whole working process, the resin is kept at a constant temperature in the heating tube, which greatly reduces failures caused by temperature drop,
the cartridge dropping onto the floor and other mishandling in the process of removing the cartridge, a necessary step with a semi-automatic denture injection machine. Therefore the automatic denture injection machine is more user-friendly and produces more successful dentures than its semi-automatic counterpart.
