The main sources of odorous gases in pulp and paper mills are as following:
Waste paper recycling process, pulp and paper production process, sewage and sludge treatment process. This product is mainly used for removing the odor of paper making.
Deodorants for paper making utilize the principle of rapid decomposition and neutralization to decompose odor molecules and various organic compounds that produce odors, converting them into carbon dioxide, water, and microbial cell components.
Spray deodorization
Use an atomizer to dilute 50 to 100 times before use. Micro spray device can be used for spray, including manual spray and small automatic spray device, if applicable.
Splash deodorization
Use splashing equipment to dilute 50 to 100 times before using. High-power air cannon or high-pressure splash device can be used, if applicable.
Sewage deodorization
Add the deodorizer from the paper mill directly to the sewage tank. (The specific dosage has to be advised based upon on-site sewage testing.)
Deodorization of discharge gas
Equipped with spray tower equipment. Paper mill deodorants can be directly added to the spray tower circulating water tank. If the circulating water tank is clean tap water, the proportion of deodorant added in the paper mill is 1 ‰ to 3 ‰. If the water in the circulating water tank has been recycled for a period of time, it is advised to add 3 ‰ of deodorant to the paper mill, which means adding 3 kilograms of products to 1 ton of circulating water. It is recommended to add in small amount but multiple times for use, and so on.
Packaged in 25kg or 200kg plastic barrels, or according to user requirements.
Store in a cool away from sunlight place with a shelf life of one year.
