1 Technology introduction
The sand removal system includes hydro-cyclone, buffer tank, circulation pump, and supporting systems such as pipe valves and meters. It mainly uses cyclone separation principle to separate heavy substances in slurry. After collection, the separated sand will be transferred by screw.


2 Product Outstanding
- Special-designed bottom hydro-cyclone, front and rear auxiliary cyclones as core components to ensure high sand removal efficiency, and avoid blockage.
- Flushing program is set for sand collecting and sand discharging equipment. Compared with traditional cyclone separator, the discharged heavy substances have low moisture content, and are cleaner with less loss of organic matter .
- Special-designed circulation pump can transport materials containing particulate impurities, bigger fibers, high solid content slurry with high viscosity. There is no clogging or entanglement with good adaptability and high operating efficiency.
- It is equipped with a special design of sanding discharging spiral and spiral silo for separated impurities collection and discharge.
- The discharge pump is suitable for conveying viscous materials of high solid content with stable transport, even flow rate and small vibration.
- A sand box is installed in front of the circulating pump to remove metal particles from the materials, reduce abrasion on the pump and piping, and extend service life.
