Meanwhile, the massive overflow of foam also brought significant potential safety hazards and power losses to the motor room below the cooling tower. In the desulfurization tower, the adding of MT4050 defoamer can effectively improve the application efficiency of cooling water and absorbent, significantly reduce the frequency and quantity of opening of circulating water pumps, greatly increase the output of sulfate and other products, and reduce the manual maintenance cost on site, thereby improving overall efficiency.
1. Adding point: into the pit for process supply water.
2. Addition method: in regular add 25KG by impact or continuously add by metering pump.
3. Dosage: When foaming overflow occurs initially in the absorption tower, large quantity needs to be added. The actual dosage thereafter depends on the composition of the foaming agent, the amount of flue gas, the composition of the coal, the combustion process and the amount of absorbent. The users can ultimately determine the amount of additive based on the actual situation.
4. Adding frequency: usually twice a day, once per shift. The specific dosing frequency depends on the foaming situation of the absorption tower.
