Desulfurization Oil Removal Agent MT®4001 can effectively remove, emulsify and separate oil stains from the slurry of the absorption tower, enabling the FGD system to resume normal operation. It can effectively remove dirt from equipment and remove emulsified oil in water and oil film adhering to the surface of pipeline equipment, without generating second pollution.
MT ® 4001 is mainly composed of various surfactants and additives, with good adsorption performance, shear resistance, temperature resistance, and acid alkali resistance. It also has dual functions of reverse phase demulsification and oil coagulation, with strong penetration, emulsification, oil and dirt removal capabilities, and no corrosion to equipment.

The amount of desulfurization and degreasing agent added is related to the concentration of oil stains and oil stains in the absorption tower slurry. In general, the higher the oil content, the higher the amount of desulfurization and degreasing agent added, but it should not exceed 200mg/l (after reaching this critical value, there is no significant change and the agent is wasted), and the minimum addition amount should not be less than 10mg/l. The specific dosage can be consulted with engineers from Mtone Technology.
