Desulfurization Scale Inhibitor MT® 4030 is an excellent scale inhibitor and dispersant developed based on the process overview and system characteristics of different parts of the limeston gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system, suitable for desulfurization tower systems, to prevent scaling of tower walls, swirl plates, sieve holes, and nozzles. It can suppress system instability caused by scaling of the desulfurization tower and economic losses caused by stopping for maintenance. The specialized scale inhibitor for desulfurization towers has strong adaptability to limestone desulfurization systems and is a high-performance scale inhibitor for limestone slurry in desulfurization towers.

Due to the different processes and qualities of limestone used in wet flue gas desulfurization systems by various manufacturers, the adding method and dosage of desulfurization additives should be determined based on specific circumstances.
