Detergent for Washing Waste Plastic (T31)
Compare with fiber grade PET bottle recycling, bottle grade recycling has higher quality requirement and processing design. In recent years, BoReTech focuses on R&D of large-scale PET bottle recycling system and washing technology always at the forefront of the market. At present, BoReTech washing line is the only one in Asia which can be used for food grade bottle-to-bottle project. It has been successfully applied to customer projects which supply food grade chips to Coca-Cola and Danone.
Accumulated our more than 20 years operation experience in PET bottle recycling filed, Our company Invented a kind of formular detergent for removing the oil, glue efficiently, what is more, it will collect the small contaminations in the tank and prevent it to re-attach on the flakes again.
With the effect of T31 and our washing progress, the produced flakes will still remain transparent and shiny after baking.

Bottle Pre-washing Section
This section uses special designed inner structure to cause friction for PET bottles inside the machine to remove most of adhesive labels, and uses the high-temperature chemical water to remove dirt, sands, glues, rubbers, metal and other impurities on the surface of bottles.

Normally we suggest you paint our standard color , but we can supply customization paint service by paid.
2,after-sale service:
Warranty:1 year for machinery,6 months for electrical.
For mechanical parts, our guarantee duration is 12 months. If the part is broken within this period, we will send the spare parts immediately to the client for repairing.
3,technical support:
Normally, we send our engineer(s) to supervise the installation and commissioning. The buyer need to prepare the operation staff to implement it. BORETECH is able to send mechanical engineer, electrical engineer and operation engineer. The operation engineer is to help the buyer's labors to know how to operate the washing line and get the best efficiency.
