When Bio film type Cord is manufactured, it leaves the factory with a slightly positive charge. Placed in water, it attracts microbes, which by nature have a slightly negative charge. The structure of the Bio film type Cord also attracts the microbes.Because of this, Bio film type Cord is the choice media for microorganisms to live and grow on. The microbes adhere to the threads and perform biodegradation. This is done in a three-step process including an anaerobic step for optimum solids removal (instantaneous breakdown).
1.The vertical and horizontal spacing b (100~200mm) is set for the packing support, so the installation amount of 1m3 packing support rope type biological filler is 25~100m.
2. The rope type biological filler is fixed directly on the filler bracket with PP and PE ties. The rope type biological filler does not need to be cut, but can be attached 100~200mm along the bracket and then fixed.
3.There are two ways to set rope type biological filler in the aeration tank: split flow type, the filler is installed on one side and the other side is used for aeration. Sufficient water flow space must be reserved above and below the filler, and aeration deflector can be set when necessary; The second type is the direct type. The aeration device is directly installed under the filler and the water air mixed flow directly contacts with the biofilm and supplies oxygen.
