The diamond grit of the diamond router which we choose are all top quality and the diamond grit have top shock-resistance performance and top grinding performance.
The diamond segment welded on the diamond router are produced by the newest Vacuum-Hot pressing sintering machine. As the temperature of the hot pressing sintering is 800ºC~1000ºC, the high vacuum can protect the diamond grit from injury. There will be no oxidation of the grit in the hot pressing sintering.
So this kind of diamond router has very good sharpness and long service life.
