| Composition | The PCNL package consists of dialtor, Peel-away sheath, Y-shaped peel-away sheath, nephrostomy tube and nephrostomy tube with ballon. The dialtor includes itself and a connector. Y-shaped peel-away sheath includes itself, connectora and silicone cap. The nephrostomy tube with balloon includes itself and a connector. Various types of dilators can be single or multiple to form a set. There are three selective accessories; puncture needle, connecting tube and guidewire. |
| Instruction | 1. Cut 5mm incision by scalpel and then use puncture needle penetrates with the aid of ultrasound-B or X-ray through loose subcutaneous tissue and renal fascia into the kidney. 2.As soon as the urine flows out of the stylet, retrieve stylet and insert guidewire and keep it in kidney and then retrieve the puncture needle. 3.Then make dilator to go through guirewire from small size to big size for dilaition of subcutaneous tissue, renal fascia, and kidney. Then choose appropriate dilator together with peel-away sheath to place inside kidney. Finally retrieve the dilator and keep the peel-away sheath in the kidney to establish percutaneous access to the kidney . |
