We have non-metallic 5-axis machining centers, 3-axis wood mold machining centers, 3D inspection equipment, moldless molding equipment, and sand 3D printing equipment.
We use SolidWorks and UG three-dimensional drawing design software for three-dimensional modeling, and MAGMA software to assist the casting process simulation design, to ensure the rationality of the process plan.
We have two automatic molding lines for resin sand, two manual molding lines consisting of FAT 10T and 40T mobile sand mixers, two sand regeneration systems and a 20T chrome ore sand separation system; we use the resin sand process to produce high quality casting products.
