Die Cutting Double Sided Tape with Good Dimensional Stability

1.It has good dimensional stability, thermal stability, chemical stability, good primary viscosity and viscosity, easy die processing, good viscosity for plastic, rubber and nameplate; can be suitable for wider temperature range and harsh environment; detached paper is polymer coating wet kraft paper, will not wrinkle under high humidity conditions; long-term temperature resistance of 121ºC, short-term temperature resistance up to 149ºC.

3.Applied technology:3M9495MP In order to achieve the best bonding effect, the bonding surface must be clean and dry, and the optimal temperature range for tape application is 21-38ºC. It is suggested that if the initial bonding temperature is lower than 10ºC, it is not suitable for bonding, so the adhesive is too hard to be firmly bonded to the object; however, if the bonding force at low temperature is also satisfactory.
